Studying bodymindfulness, its method and principles, is a commitment to exploring the very nature of our consciousness. Training in bodymindfulness is a first-person oriented and contemplative study.
The teachings on the ether body, as taught by Bob Moore, are the main body of knowledge in bodymindfulness. They will be studied, and through exercises, practices and contemplation can be embodied.
In these teachings the ether body is the interface of body/mind. The integrating potential of the ether body finds its workings through combined spiral movements in and around the body and has its transformational power in the spine and beyond.
The unfolding understanding of these processes can lead us through paradigm changes towards the understanding of energy-psychology as an evolutionary psychology of mind, moving beyond space and time. This helps us understand the object/subject split and its accompanying mechanisms like projection, interjection and more. The constancy and invariance that we find in the nature of our mind is deepened and stabilized by applying mindfulness, awareness and the practice of meditation. The group is used as a resource for individual development, emphasizing listening and sharing of experiences made during the exercises. It is not a group-dynamic process.

The one-year training course includes:

Training is organized in yearly courses and, with a 3-year commitment, there is a possibility to earn a certificate for practicing bodymindfulness. The one year course includes two seven-day retreats and three weekends.
The seven day retreats provide for the ground of the training. The daily rhythm of the retreat integrates meditation sessions, energy practices and individual study, following a time schedule that allows enough time for resting or being in nature.
Three weekends during the year integrate the learning experiences of the retreats seamlessly within the environment of home and work.
Individual sessions are offered to integrate personal issues or can serve as supervision and counseling related to situations and/or decisions to be made in work or life changes.
